September, 2008 - An article about a Mexican family burying their immigrant daughter back in her native soil has been published in the September issue of Photo District News. Images from the story, Buried Apart, can also be viewed here on the website.

October, 2008 - Michael will be teaching a workshop to Michoacan in Mexico for Day of the Dead celebrations from October 28th through November 4th. All the details can be found here.

October, 2008 - Michael recently returned from India where he worked on a story about Dharavi, Mumbai's largest and perhaps most remarkable slum. April, 2009 - Michael has self published a book of his Peruvian photographs entitled "Awaiting the Rain". The book will be available in April. A link will be posted here to where you can purchase a copy.
